The manufacturer guarantees compliance of the manufactured products with the requirements of technical specifications, subject to the conditions of operation, transportation and storage.

  • If the operating rules are followed, the service life can significantly exceed the officially established (7 years).
  • The warranty period of the products is 12 months (1 year) from the date of sale.
  • In case of detection of defects during the warranty period, the seller (manufacturer) undertakes to satisfy the user’s requirements.

The seller (manufacturer) or the organization performing the functions of the seller (manufacturer) on the basis of a contract with him is not responsible for defects if they arose after the transfer of the product to the user due to:

  • violations by the consumer of the rules of transportation, storage, maintenance and operation;
  • mechanical damage;
  • actions of third parties;
  • force majeure circumstances.

Warranty obligations do not apply to products with broken factory seals. In case of malfunction of the product during the warranty period, as well as detection of incompleteness, the owner of the product must contact the service center.
