I.a. Payment by credit cards over the Internet


We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment via the Internet.

All goods and services displayed in the online store can be paid by credit cards through our partner – “PAYPOINT” https://www.paypoint.com.tr/ .


I.b. Cash payment


You can pay for the order in cash upon receipt at the pick-up point.
When receiving the goods, be sure to check the contents of the order, the availability of the warranty card and the receipt.


I.c. Cashless payment


After placing the order, an invoice for payment will be generated, which you can print and pay.
The funds will be credited to our account within 2-3 working days after payment of the order.

Payment for orders by clients – legal entities is possible only by bank transfer. All documents required for accounting (original invoice for payment, invoice, invoice) are issued with the order upon receipt.


II. Conditions and order of delivery


We deliver orders by courier services throughout Europe, Asia and America.

Incoming orders are processed in turn. Please do not wait for an instant response from the operator, your order will definitely be processed and the operator will contact you.

Delivery time of the order depends on the availability of goods in the warehouse. If at the time of ordering all the selected goods are in stock, then the delivery time takes on average 1 – 3 weeks, depending on the remoteness of your region. If the ordered product is not in stock, we will contact you and discuss the planned delivery time. We try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible.

Orders paid by bank transfer are sent with full prepayment.

Shipping cost depends on your region and the chosen shipping method.


III. Conditions and procedure for return


1. Return of good quality goods is possible within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the parcel.


Such a return is possible if:

  • the product was not in use;

  • the presentation of the goods (labels; instructions; original manufacturer’s packaging) and consumer properties have been preserved;

  • the completed return form is attached, which is attached to the parcel.

Items supplied in a set will only be accepted for return as a set. Return shipping charges and transfer fees will not be refunded.

Refunds are made after:

  • receipt of goods at the point of receipt of returns;

  • confirmation by BionX experts of the proper quality of the goods.

2. The return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out within 6 (six) months from the moment you receive the parcel.

Refunds are made after:

  • receipt of goods at the point of receipt of returns;

  • confirmation by the experts of the BionX Company of the inadequate quality of the goods.

Refund of the cost of return shipment is carried out after the provision of the relevant documents to the Company (a copy of the receipt confirming the payment for the shipment).

Return of goods can be done at any post office or in the office of the company.

3. Only products purchased from BionX will be accepted for return and only from the person who purchased the product. The buyer is responsible for the goods until they are received by the Company.

4. Refunds

The cost of the returned goods as well as the shipping costs are returned to the buyer. The method of refunding funds should be indicated in the appropriate field in the refund form.

The originals of all documents related to the refund should be kept until receipt of the money.
